The process was working. The human part was getting missed.
I'm a Prosci-certified Change Manager with over a decade of experience helping organizations and their people navigate transition. But somewhere along the way I noticed that the process was moving faster than the people inside it — and that what was missing wasn't a better plan. It was someone actually paying attention to the humans.
People came to me before they went anywhere official.
Colleagues, friends, people in my orbit — they came to me first. Before HR. Before a therapist. Before their manager. I didn't have a title for it. Eventually I had to ask myself: what would it look like to do this properly? That question led me to coaching. It's where everything I've built is pointing.
Find the people in the in-between. Help them move through it.
A coaching practice for people navigating identity, transition, and what comes next. Workshops and speaking engagements for teams in change. And Aangan — a cultural gathering space for people who live between languages, between homelands, between versions of themselves. It's all the same impulse.
