Hello. I'm Melissa. The face behind The Dhillon Edit.

Technical Writer by day, Superhero by night. Well not really, but you get the gist.

This blog came about as a means for me to document (YAY day job), and share my home renovation, DIY experiences with you. Along the way you get to see my everyday life including parenting, lifestyle and other survival hacks that make my life easier. 

I talk about all the things that worked for me and what didn't, the chaos behind it, the beautiful and not so pretty reality of it all.

You will occasionally spot my family (chaotic is putting it mildly), and a whole lot of books (Book worm alert). On some occasions I also take you along on trips across my beautiful country and all the outdoorsy fun.

As a family we started a few new things, that are helping us keep our sanity

365+ - 1 hour a day outdoors rain or shine 

12 plus extra - 1 book a month (now the kids read more than this but with 3 littles this is how much I can manage), You can find our reviews here too.
